sometimes the boat floats, and sometimes it sinks. just like the watermelon and the boy who poo-ed his way through.

school today.

it was horrible yet fun.
woke up around 5.40, earlier than usual, just to catch the earlier bus 15, to avoid any bimbos-bitching after being forced to listen to a bimbo early in the morning (a bad start, u know.) and also to eat a heavy breakfast and to read my book peacefully. but it turned out that the bus was polluted with human after-waking-up-then-didnt-brush-teeth breath. it was stinking so bad that i couldnt even concentrate on reading.

and so... we thought we could envy those pupils during the as-usual dreadful assembly by leaving off early so that we could take our lunch and head to jurong island. but it turned out that they were dismissed 5 mins after we were. dang! so much for being the envied and laughing at the envees. hahaha.

the bus ride to j.i. was fun. talking and having fun among ourselves and making fun of all the other cliques was what we called entertainment. and so.. we reached the island. we were v. v. excited and anxious to wander off and visit all those unusual places. teeheehee. first part was v. v. kewl. we were given our own pass and have to get off the bus and proceed to this place where we call we the ultimate kewlness. hahaha. we have to be in silence and tap our pass (just like in mrt) and then walk through a metal sensor thingy (those in airports) which led us into the JURONG ISLAND. jengjengjeng. then... our beloved home teacher, teo pat asked, 'So what do we do next?' this question has certainly crack me up and the rest of the class. so he asked the bus driver and we hopped back in the bus to travel even further down the jurong island highway. haha. then came ms siti who doesnt look like nor talk like malay was our tour guide. (i think she said her name was cindy, but nvm.). in the bus, we were keenly listening at her explanations of almost all the weird plants and gigantic cylinders and colourful pipes and even the buildings made from silver pipes. there were almost 74 or 84 companies in the 1500 hect land which provide jobs for more than 5000 employees. (see, i was gleefully paying attention. heeheehee) and she said something about the company exonmobile being located in AN ISLAND by itself. (u see, ji is made up of 7 or 8 islands, and this company owns one of the islands) and has around 3000 employees. how fantabulous. i want to work in this oil industry considering that oil is needed by almost every human being for every second of their lives, or either that or some other resources (like water.) that are important. or maybe someday i will go oil digging just like my dad. [hell NO!] then we proceed to a building mainly for tourists like us which is called 'Oasis @ Sakra' and we hang around there quite alot. played with all the buttons and games and run around like some stupid jakun kids. we even visit the toilet because i recommended them that it was SUPER FREEKING CLEAN. even cleaner than any other household toilet. not even a single drop of water can be found on the floor. and the smeellllll... haaaaa.. i can live there, man. and so we complimented the grumpy old janitor so much that it made her grin for the rest of the time we were there. haha. and so after all that fun time, we headed down to the shop underneath and became vicious snack attackers even though we can find the snacks anywhere else in singapore and even tampines itself. hahaha. a few steps away from that buliding, there was a $4 mil cactus garden that was donated by a rich company i forgot the name and we didnt even visit that one. hrmph! and then.. we headed to school, singing old old romantic songs that has made maryam fall asleep on my shoulder thru'out the journey. ahahahahaha.
