sometimes the boat floats, and sometimes it sinks. just like the watermelon and the boy who poo-ed his way through.

fair and square

i followed mum and aunties to masjid india, kl, again. because the other time, one of my evil sisters chose the colour that didnt suit me. u noe la, how stupid of me to trust her colour sense. hehe.

so we went around and i think we spent almost 3 hours in Gulati's itself, finding the right colour and changing our minds every now and then. and finally, i got myself two kains. one for kebaya and the other for kurung. hurrah hurrah. and this time i believe my own sense of colour. :p

after that, we took a break at the KFCs. and continued our amazing race. this time, we went around finding matching selendangs. finally, we invaded this shop and we almost wipe everything that she was selling. hahaha. the shop was narrow and all of us sat on the floor like nobody's business. i helped them choose the right colours for their kains, u noe! my colour sense has definitely brushed up after the 3 hours of intensive colour-choosing. heehee.

finally, when we are done. we proceed back to our hotel room which was just around the corner of masjid india. the toilet was horrendous. *shivers looking at the sight* but its 3star hotel. but its definitely better than the DePalma Hotel. at least there were no cockroaches under the bedsheets.

around 6pm, we checked out and thankgod we finished our race because it was raining! phew! for dinner, we went to mid valley mall. and i ordered the nandos chicken kebab and, my my, it was very spicy!

after that, i went home.
