new eating disdisorder



we have the very delicious, i believe very healthy cheesecake from bonjour. the texture is very the superbly, and the taste not too cheesy.

new ski apple crumble and yogurt, have not tested it yet. but keen to try it. :D

carrot juice! may taste abit awkward but tells myself that i will get used to it. hopefully it will improve my eyesight or something. i am aiming to get rid of this very poor eyesight and glasses. lasik surgery is wayyy too expensive.

non fat yogurt. for an alternative source of calcium. yey!

must support local agriculture. so i bought this aerogreen super crunchy-licious cabbage or lettuce or i-dont-know-the-name. fizah, i am eating more greens!! i cant believe it either!

healthy cereal for a healthy breakfast. no more nasi lemak in the morning!

actually wheatgrass is nice u know... no kidding.. this one comes from a non-veggie-eater-turned-health-freak. i heard its very good for your bowels.

kiwi and green apple and cranberries (to eat with cereal, since i cant find tt healthy post cereals anywhere in ntuc). need to buy MORE fruits.

wholemeal bread. it has good carbos that will last quite a longg time. :D
